Entrepreneurship
I was owner of a business for over 15 years, I love to be an entrepreneur, I know the effort, dedication, wins, losses, betrayal, satisfaction, reward and other that comes from it, this is why I think this spirit in life if so valuable for society, but we need to understand that everyone need each other to create virtuous circle in projects, no vicious.
Real state
For long years I was working as a real state broker and property management. I learn a lot of people behavior in this areas, the good, the bad, and the worst, how to negotiate and lots of other soft skills, there is so much here you can do to do good when the means and the social environment allows it.
A few times I worked in project master plans as a consultant and commercialization, I new my city very well and I started to understand how working in projects like this could do great things for people, or bad, it was my fortune to worked in very good projects that really are assets for the city today, unfortunately for the city a lot of projects came only with the money incentive and made a lot of damage almost irreparable for a lot of people and the city, don't get me wrong, revenue is the most important thing for a project to be successful, but in my view it has to come with the quality asset view for the future, not only on making money fast.
Construction
For long years due to the other area of the business I started a business of renovation, construction and later design, project management and construction. I really love this too, I can say that with the team and people I worked with, we change a lot of people lives for good. When I started, in the city was a culture of keeping houses or office or buildings in general as they were even if there were in bad condition ("the tenant will have to fix that") or if the tenant left and almost destroyed the building ("the owner has money, he has to fix it"). This is something that helped me with my perspective in life, culture has to change, my business or new business has to be something that creates a culture change that helps everyone involve to be in a virtuous circle in life.
